Fault phenomenon
In the procedure of normal operation to lay down the

Problems analysis
1. The pressure
value of the main winch has deviation.
2. The external
temperature is too low and the hydraulic oil is too sticky.
3. The cleanliness
of the hydraulic oil is too low.
Related problem analysis
1. Measure the
main winch's pressure value.
2. Block the
hydraulic oil radiator, making the temperature to keep with three measure to
reduce the viscosity.
3. Filter the
hydraulic oil by the high-precision filter or replaced with new hydraulic oil
and change a new filter element.
Related handling methods
1. Use instrument
to measure and record the accuracy of the reading.
2. Observe the
temperature on the instrument firstly, and measure the hydraulic oil
temperature by the thermometer.
3. To check with
the Rexroth cleanliness detector.
